When registration is available and you submit, your name, email, age, city, country, role and company if relevant are sent to the WhippetLounge beta service. Beta contact consent and optional product news are recorded separately with this notice version. Confirmation is required. Unsaved form details are kept only in page memory and cleared when the form closes.
No analytics or advertising tracking is active. Fonts and images are local. An optional saved preference cookie lasts 180 days. After confirming an email link, a separate essential HttpOnly session cookie lasts up to 24 hours and provides access only to your beta summary.
Hosting processes IP addresses and request information to serve and protect the site. Confirmation and unsubscribe tokens are handled only in memory, never saved to browser storage or used as a query parameter. Help messages are sent only when you choose Send. No newsletter choice is implied.
